Description

Libfer SP is an iron fertilizer with EDDHA chelate. Thanks to the chelate, the iron is and remains stable and available, even in soils with a low pH value. This iron chelate is one of the few iron chelates that is effective in soils/substrates with a high and low pH. It contains a large part of the biologically effective isomer, the ortho-ortho isomer and has an ortho-ortho content of 4%. Because this microgranulate dissolves iron fertilizer quickly and completely, unlike other iron chelates where residue remains, it does not clog any residue that could block nozzles or other parts.

Iron is necessary for the production of chloroplasts and therefore has a very important function in the photosynthesis of a plant. The nutrient is also important for the development of growth points in the roots.

Application

Use Libfer SP for extra gift of iron. Because iron precipitates relatively quickly, the use of a chelate is recommended to prevent iron deficiency. This EDDHA iron chelate is well suited for use in soils/substrates with a low pH value, but also for soils/substrates with a high pH value.

If Libfer SP is administered by irrigation, rinsing with clean water is necessary.

Dosage

Floriculture
Preventive1 to 3 grams per m2
Moderate deficiency4 to 7 grams per m2
Severe deficiency8 to 10 grams per m2

In the case of roses, Fe-EDDHA can make it more difficult to absorb manganese. Watch out for chlorosis and, if necessary, spray manganese sulphate or chelate.

Cultivations on substrate
465 g5 micromol FE/liters diluted nutrient solution
930 g10 micromol FE/liters diluted nutrient solution
1400 g15 micromol FE/liters diluted nutrient solution

The dosage mentioned above for crops on substrate applies to a 100x concentrated solution in A-tanks of 1000 litres.

Fruit cultivation
Field3 to 4 grams per m2 (rinse direcly)
Seperate trees5 to 8 grams m2 trees (rinse direcly)

Libfer SP should be applied in fruit cultivation through the roots in the period from mid-March to mid-June. The required amount should be given immediately before or during the rain. It is important to do the application in a moist soil/substrate.

Packaging

Libfer SP is available in 20 kg packs. The Libfer SP is also available in smaller packages of 1 kg and 5 kg, but under the name Easygro Fe-EDDHA 6% (4.0 o-o).
