Description

X-Plore (2) Twinfilter [A1B1E1K1HGP3]

Half and full face masks are equipped with filters or filter canisters. Different filters protect against different hazards, including fine dust, fumes and gases. It is therefore important that you choose the right filter for your spray mask, so that you are optimally protected against this.

A combination filter protects against gases and vapours as well as small dust or liquid particles. A combination filter is provided with a colour coding, from which you can read which dust class the filter protects against.

Filters are classified by means of a letter and a colour code. Chemical products can consist of: solids/particles (dust, fibres, microorganisms), or volatile substances (gases and vapours). Through the colour and letter coding you can deduce which filter you need for the (chemical) substance you are dealing with.
