Description

The DOSATRON D8 is the latest generation Water Powered Volumetric Proportional Injectors. Installed directly in the water supply line, it continuously injects the required percentage of fertilizer or other processing product into the irrigation water.
Innovative technology, the D8 means:
Chemical resistance
• The polypropylene motor carter and injection part significantly optimize both chemical and UV resistance.
Safe chemical product handling
An integrated anti-siphoning device
• to prevent siphoning, overdosage and spillage at the outlet.
A one piece checkvalve with its own retaining ring
• Ensures safe labour conditions: the suction hose doesn’t turn  while adjustments are being made, the one piece checkvalve is protected and secured by its own retaining ring. There is less risk of the user coming into contact with the chemical in the event of a handling error.

Easy to install
Direct 1”1/2 Male BSP – 40 x 49 mm (or NPT) thread
• To make installation easier
A 16 mm suction hose with filter and integrated footvalve
• Greater suction capacity for viscous products (dissolved powders or liquids) – removes risk of cavitation even with high waterflow rates.

Ergonomic adjustment settings
• Both ratio and % indicators engraved directly (laser) in the polypropylene, with high chemical and UV resistance.
• Adjustment ring with eyelet above each indicator (% and ratio) for precise dilution.
• The direction of the entire dosing part can be changed and the piece dismantled with no additional tools.
• Clear marking on locking ring (‘lock’ and ‘unlock’).
• Accurate, gradual and flexible dosing settings, from 0.2 to 2% (1 to 160 litres injected per hour) depending on the model.
