Double butterfly valve VK21- Ø 90mm +servo motor 24 vac
Description
Butterfly valves Envalve VK21 - 90H 24 Vac 130s
Type VK21: 2 valves - 1 engine
The Envalve butterfly valves are designed to serve as a valve or control valve. They can be remotely controlled with an electric actuator. The butterfly valves are made of PVC and have a cuff made of EPDM, which makes them resistant to many aggressive substances. The valves are also available with a VITON® cuff.
They can be remotely controlled with an electric or pneumatic actuator. In order to operate this valve, the valve shaft is connected to an electric actuator. This actuator motor has a supply voltage of 24VAC. On request, drive motors for a voltage of 230 Volt can also be supplied. The drive motor can rotate in two directions and is controlled by the phase of the supply voltage.
Changing the phase causes the valve to open or close respectively. The end position of the valve is limited by two built-in limit switches. The drive motors are bistable, which means that when the valve rotates to a certain position, the valve remains in that position when the supply voltage is interrupted. A position indicator on the drive motor indicates whether the valve has a large or small orifice. The motor is equipped with an unlocking button, which can be used to disconnect the actuator and move the valve to a certain position using the control panel. The butterfly valves are equipped with flanges and collar sleeves. The cuff also serves as a gasket.
Advantages of a butterfly valve
- Large throughput capacity
- Low pressure loss
- Flow direction to both sides
- Small installation size
- Few parts
- Emergency manual operation on the valve
- Version with flanges from 75 mm (DN75) to 200 mm (DN200)
- Installation VK21-160, a height of 460 mm the same as the VK21-200 is possible.
Specifications
- Inner diameter
- 90
- Productgroup ID
- 00103
