Boilersoft 276 can (26 kg)
Description
Boilersoft 276 changes the crystalline structure of deposits and sludge, making adhesion to metal surfaces impossible. This is because it is a dispersing product (fine mixture) based on hardness salts and silicates, as it is formulated from specific polymers.
Boilersoft 276 also prevents precipitation formation in feedwater pipes and metal surfaces in the boiler. In this way, Boilersoft 276 promotes the removal of pollution from drains. Boilersoft 276 can be used in boilers with a working pressure up to 60 bar and is FDA approved.
Advantages
- Inhibition of carbonates, silicates and metal deposits
- Inline cleaning
- Ensures clean metal surfaces and optimises heat transfer
- Reduces operating costs
- FDA approved
- Easy to use and analyze
Dosage
The most common dosage of Boilersoft 276 is 300-500 g of product per m3 of boiler water. For inline cleaning, the dosage is 2000-3000 g/m3 for a period of 3 to 6 months, depending on the thickness and composition of the deposit.
Please contact your regular contact person at Royal Brinkman for advice on the correct dosage for your system conditions.
Physical properties
Appearance | Colorless to light yellow substance |
pH (undiluted) | 9.5-11.0 |
Density (20ºC) | 1.07 kg/l |
Freezing point | < -2ºC |
Precautions
Boilersoft 276 must be treated with care. Wear safety goggles and chemical resistant gloves at all times (wear these when working with chemicals). Boilersoft 276 is corrosive to the skin and eyes, so wear protective clothing, shoes and face protection. In case of eye and skin contact, wash abundantly and rinse with plenty of water (eyes).
See the SDS sheet for more information.
Packaging
