For over 30 years, Martien Koene has been part of the Royal Brinkman team, working as a regional manager in the international department. Nowadays, he's responsible for the Western European market, with a focus on France and Switzerland. Building strong relationships with his clients has always been at the heart of what Martien has done. Even with the physical distance, he has managed to develop close connections with customers. Transformation
In the last ten years, the export department has gone through an incredible transformation. Initially, our role was more reactive—responding to inquiries and preparing quotes. But recently, we’ve taken a more proactive approach, actively expanding into new international markets. This shift has resulted in remarkable growth, which we’re all very proud of. The energy and motivation within the department are contagious, and it’s created a positive atmosphere that pushes me to go the extra mile every day.
