Chrysal Clear BVB Plus is a pre-treatment product especially for tulips. It reduces stem bending in tulips and growing above the bouquet in a mixed bouquet (stem elongation). The main post-harvest problems of tulips are rapid aging, leaf yellowing, stem elongation and stem bending. To combat these problems Chrysal BVB plus has been developed.

This pre-treatment should preferably be used by growers immediately after harvesting. Chrysal BVB can be combined with Chrysal plus to make Chrysal BVB plus. Chrysal BVB plus is besides the normal effect also effective against stem elongation and stem bending.

Dosage

It is recommended to dose this pretreatment product with a Dosatron Dosing Pump. This can be used to ensure proper dosing of pretreatment agents. This is important because an excess of these agents can damage flowers. If too little pretreatment agents are used, the product may actually become less effective.
