Packaging
NEMAcontrol feltiae is available in different packaging units and compositions. It is possible that a similar product is delivered from a different supplier than ordered. This may be due, among other things, to availability and quality.

Storage and transport
Check the product on receipt for discrepancies and report any complaints or comments within 24 hours. Preferably use the product immediately. If storage is required, the product should be kept dark at a temperature of 2-5°C. Remove the (overbox) packaging and ensure good air circulation around the trays. See packaging for expiry date.
