Description

Anderline to control mite

Amblyseius andersoni
Anderline contains the predatory mite Amblyseius andersoni. The predatory mite is a major predator of spider mites(Tetranychus urticae). Andersoni also has an effect against other species such as: fruit mite, citrus mite and various gall- and rust mite species. Andersoni also develops on pollen and trips. The Andersoni is able to maintain itself in the crop because of this reason. The predatory mite is naturally found in shrubs and trees and is active from 6 °C. A. andersoni is native and can survive quite well in our climate. When the first (spider) mites emerge early in spring, the A. andersoni is already active and thus suitable for quickly suppressing a plague. A. andersoni is resistant against high temperatures and/or low air humidity, and is therefore extremely suitable for the facades in the greenhouse.

Product characteristics
• Controls multiple mite species.
• Active between 6 and 40°C.
• Able to use as a preventative
• Available in various formations

Packaging
Anderline is supplied as a tube (1 liter) containing 25.000 individuals. The contents of the tube consists of several stages of the Andersoni-Predator mites, feeder mites and a carrier of bran.

Anderline is also available as:

Mini:  small sachets with a hook.  Multiple sachets with less mites provide more introduction spots, creating a better distribution of predatory mites trough the greenhouse.

Gemini: waterproof twin sachets. Applicable in crops where the water is given from the top.  Fold the twin bag at the tear line in the middle(with the printed side to the outside) and hang it over a stem, branch or wire

Stick:  small sachets on a stick. Used in the multiplication and strawberries on racks. Place the stick in the substrate near the plant.

Bugline: a ribbon with culture cells. Used for crops growing in beds / rows or plant tables. Place the ribbon horizontally in the crop with the printed side upwards.

Loose material: For a quick introduction of predatory mites in the greenhouse. The spreading can be done by hand, or using the bio-spreader.

User instruction
Keep the product cool until use. Divide the content of the tube as precisely as possible. Repeat every four weeks when there's a lack of food (plague or pollen)

Receipt and storage
Upon receipt, check the product for abnormalities and report any complaints or comments within 24 hours. Preferably use the product immediately. If storage is required, the product should be stored horizontally and in a dark place in a ventilated room at a temperature of 15-18°C and an relative humidity of 70-80% for a maximum of 24 hours. If the product is stored longer and/or under different conditions Royal Brinkman is not liable for any loss of quality.
