Recyclable material

This bubble wrap is designed for greenhouse insulation and is made from polyethylene (PE), a fully recyclable and environmentally friendlier material. It offers a sustainable solution for long-term insulation. The film is strong, tear-resistant, and UV-stabilized, ensuring years of performance without noticeable aging or wear when used correctly.

Reduced gas consumption

Composed of three polyethylene layers with integrated air bubbles, the film provides optimal insulation while maintaining high light transmission. The bubble structure effectively retains heat, helping to reduce gas consumption by 30% to 40%, depending on the surface area of the greenhouse walls.

Indoor and outdoor installation

The flexible material is easy to install both inside and outside the greenhouse. Its application does not interfere with daily operations, as Pillosol can be mounted externally. Using special Thermoclip fasteners applied with silicone adhesive to the glass, the film stays securely in place—even in strong winds.
