Hygiene gate

The HC/XL hygiene station is designed for controlled employee passage in and out of work environments. To achieve optimal hygiene, these units are installed in hygiene gates, ideally located at the entrances to production areas. Made entirely from stainless steel (RVS 1.4301 / AISI 304), the machines feature horizontal brushes that effectively and efficiently clean both shoe soles simultaneously. This hygiene station has two entrances and two exits, making it the double-sided version of the URK model.

Optimal hygiene

Integrated hand openings allow for simultaneous hand disinfection. By inserting both hands together (does not work with only one hand), the disinfection process is initiated via dual sensors. Once the hand disinfection process is complete, the access blockade is unlocked, and one person at a time can pass through the turnstile to enter the production area.

The HC/XL hygiene station

The HC/XL hygiene station ensures optimal hygiene when entering and exiting production environments. On both sides, the station features hand openings for automatic hand disinfection, with the turnstile unlocking only after successful disinfection.

Additionally, two horizontal brushes, each 1210 mm long, efficiently clean both shoe soles, reducing contamination risks. With its double-sided operation and access control, the HC/XL station guarantees strict adherence to hygiene protocols, making it ideal for environments with high hygiene standards.
