Description

This "HC/XL" hygiene station is designed for the controlled passage of workers into and out of the work environment.
For complete optimal hygiene, these devices are placed in a so-called hygiene lock, preferably in the passage to the production areas. The machines are completely made of stainless steel 1.4301 (AISI 304) and are equipped with horizontal brushes that clean both shoe soles simultaneously in an easy and efficient way. This hygiene station has essentially two entrances and two exits. The HC/XL is the double-sided version of the URK.

The hand openings for simultaneous hand disinfection are integrated into the machine. By entering both hands together (does not work with only one hand), disinfection is started by means of two sensors. After the hand disinfection process is finished, the access blockage is unlocked and one person at a time can pass through the cross and continue to the production area.

The HC/XL hygiene station

  • HC/XL: one pair of hand openings for hand disinfection (on both sides, to be used in the passage to production)
  • 2 horizontal brushes of 1210mm (on both sides, to be used when going to production and when leaving production)
  • Access control via rotary cross (on both sides, to be used in the production passage (access is granted when hands are disinfected) and when leaving the production)
