The Hebo Halter Plus is designed to significantly simplify the sleeving of flowers and plants. By pulling the semi-circular funnel upwards, the collar is pulled back, creating space for easily placing new bundles of sleeves. Additionally, the halter head is 50% closed, which provides extra stability during use. The tension springs, attached to the metal part of the collar, ensure smooth and reliable operation. Furthermore, the plastic mounting part fits all standard sleeve stands.
