The halter head is 50% closed, the brackets are made of stainless steel, and the sheet material is aluminum. Additionally, the halter's collar is made of a highly impact-resistant and water-repellent material called Kydex. These materials make the Hebo Halter Super Power highly suitable for intensive use.
