About Caroline Polzin

Productspecialist Crop protection

Caroline is product specialist crop protection and an important part of her work lies in potted plants, cut flowers and herbs as well as tomatoes, cucumbers and peppers. She advises growers on the right approach to preventing and controlling pests and diseases, which firstly is with the use of natural predators but also, if necessary, the use of chemicals and plant strengthening products.

Caroline joined Royal Brinkman Germany in 2015 and has extensive experience in crop protection. Prior to her career at Royal Brinkman, she worked for various companies in the horticultural sector, including orchids and hydrangeas. Thanks to her wide experience with different crops, Caroline knows what is important to each and so she can clearly advise clients about the right approach.

She finds it particularly important to be easily accessible and to proactively exchange ideas with the client in order to give personalised advice. She works in a structured way and figures everything out down to the last detail. She is committed, solution-oriented and very customer-focused, with the aim of improving the quality and yield of the crop.
