The TP ball valve is a compact manually operated ball valve with single or double swivel. The ball valve is characterized by a sealing ring with
thread. This allows accurate adjustment of the ball seat. In addition, a threaded sealing ring makes it possible, when the ball valve is closed, to disassemble the bleeding section without the ball shooting out of the seat. Various rubber rings enclose the ball and shaft in the body. The ball is enclosed in PE ball seats with adjustable locking ring.

Installation & Maintenance

During assembly, prevent glue or solvent from coming into contact with the ball or ball seat.
Threaded connections should be mounted with straight threaded connections only.
Install the ball valve hand-tight, the use of pliers is not recommended.
Prevent water hammer in the piping system by not closing or opening the valve too quickly.
This valve must be mounted tension free.
