Description

Angled EC sensor with temperature sensor for measuring the electrical conductivity in mS / cm of irrigation water, supply water, premixed water, fertilized water, drainage water and drain water. The in-line EC sensor comes with:

  • Two measuring cells with stainless steel electrodes; these measuring cells are hydraulic connected in series and electrically in parallel.
  • A nickel-plated brass housing with temperature sensors for temperature compensation of the measured electrical conductivity
  • Two hexagonal nuts with ¾" female thread and two brass adapters ¾" male thread x ½" female thread for connection with PVC pipes
  • Connection cable 5 x 0.34mm², length 5 meters

The EC sensor with NTC 3kΩ / 25 ° C can be connected to the EC / pH module of Connext / Intégro using a shielded cable 4 x 0.34 mm². The EC / pH module 9523 generates an AC voltage with a frequency of 400Hz for measuring electrical conductivity via this in-line EC sensor. The EC sensor with thermistor 3kΩ / 25 ° C can be connected directly with the EC interface card 2202 of the Compri HX system It is not allowed to use this extend the cable. The EC interface card 2202 generates an AC voltage with one frequency of 4000 Hz for measuring electrical conductivity via this EC sensor. For an accurate reading, it is recommended to check this sensor every year and to clean. The inside of the in-line can be cleaned with the help of a descaling agent EC sensor can be cleaned.
