Filter sieve angled3" 300mic
It is possible to improve your assurance by placing a second filter. The water is filtered inside out. The filter cake is located at the exterior of the filter element and could easily be removed.
The internal elements are provided with a stainless steel wire mesh filter, available in different perforations. The effective-pass filter of the mesh is 32-47%, depending on the applied perforation.
Coating
As a preparation of the coating, the filters are provided with a special layer of zinc phosphate. This treatment accomplishes a good adhesion of the coating and protects against rusting from the interior. After that the polyesters coating is being electrostatically applied, interior and exterior, to be subsequently cured in the oven. The total process consists of seven steps and has a perfect coating with a thickness of 120 micron as a result
