With the UDImatic filter, you can effortlessly maintain water quality in your greenhouse. This advanced, fully automatic self-cleaning system combines high-quality materials, like stainless steel and plastic with innovative technology, making it ideal for a wide range of systems.

Efficient filtration

The UDImatic filter is designed to effectively remove dirt from water while maintaining flow and minimal pressure loss. The self-cleaning mechanism activates automatically when a pressure difference is detected, clearing debris from the filter mesh in just 8 seconds.

Robust construction

The filter is made from polyester-coated steel and high-quality stainless steel, providing optimal protection against corrosion and wear, even in demanding conditions.

Protective coating

Before coating, the filters are treated with a special layer of zinc phosphate to ensure optimal coating adhesion and prevent internal rust. The polyester coating is then electrostatically applied, both inside and out, and cured in an oven. This seven-step process results in a flawless coating approximately 120 microns thick.

Packaging UDImatic filter

The UDImatic, a medium-sized automatic self-cleaning electric mesh filter, is available in sizes 1", 1½", 2", 3", 4", 6", and 8" with a flanged connection (1" with threaded connection) and is made from polyester-coated steel with a maximum working pressure of 10 bar.
