Boilersoft 946 is an all-round product that can be used in the treatment of boiler water. Use this product to disrupt crystal growth in the boiler water and to dispose of insoluble parts such as iron via the normal sluice, with the advantage that there is less sludge pollution in the boiler.

In view of the specific composition of Boilersoft 946, its use will have a minimal influence on the conductivity of the boiler water so that a minimum loss of energy through the spray rate can be guaranteed. Boilersoft 946 may be used for the production of steam and/or hot water, which must comply with the standards applicable in food packaging (FDA 21, CFR 176-170).

Dosage

The basic dosage of Boilersoft 946 is 400-500 g per m3 system volume, but the final dosage depends on the system conditions, replenishment and the type of pretreatment. The correct dosage of Boilersoft 946 can be regulated by determining the active oxygen binder content and the total phosphate concentration in the boiler water (10-100 ppm and 1-2 ppm respectively).

Precautions

Boilersoft 946 is corrosive to the skin and eyes, so wear protective clothing, shoes and face protection. In case of eye and skin contact, wash abundantly and rinse with plenty of water (eyes).
