Thanks to the innovative transport system, in which the conveyor mats pull the material to be removed into the machine, clearing crops and substrates is incredibly fast and efficient. With a minimum working height of just 1.90 meters, the Bio Hopper XL is especially suitable for cucumber crops and greenhouses with limited height. The adjustable working height allows flexible use in various greenhouse environments.

Powerful Performance with a Light Tractor

The hydraulic unit is powered by a PTO, allowing you to operate the machine with a relatively light tractor (from 30-40 hp). This lets you get the most out of your existing equipment without additional investments.

The Bio Hopper XL is equipped with automatic safety doors. These ensure that the mat can only be rolled up when the doors are fully open—an essential safety feature for the operator. The machine is also equipped with multiple emergency stops in strategic locations.
