Description

Dosatron is a proportional and efficient dosing system.

The Dosatron is a water-powered dosing pump with infinitely adjustable injection for precise mixing, suitable for applications involving lyes and chlorine.

The benefits of Dosatron:

  • No external power source required: Operates solely on water pressure, making it an environmentally friendly and energy-efficient solution.
  • Proportional dosing: Dosing remains consistently proportional to the water flow, regardless of fluctuations in water pressure.
  • Infinitely adjustable: Dosing can be easily and precisely adjusted externally.
  • Versatile: Suitable for applications involving lyes and chlorine, thanks to its PVDF design.
  • Flexible injection settings: Adjustable dosing range from 0.2% to 2%, catering to various needs.
  • Bypass function: Conveniently turn the dosing function on or off without disconnecting the system.
  • High capacity: Handles water flow rates ranging from 10 to 3,000 liters per hour.
  • Robust and reliable: Operates within a pressure range of 0.3 to 6 bar, suitable for diverse conditions.
  • Connection: Equipped with a ¾” connection.

Water-powered dosing pump

The Dosatron is a water-powered dosing pump that uses water pressure as the sole driving force for its motor piston. Connected to the water network, the motor piston drives another piston that draws the concentrate at the set percentage and mixes it with the driving water. The resulting solution is then distributed through the pipelines. The amount of concentrate injected is always proportional to the amount of water passing through the Dosatron, even if there are fluctuations in water pressure or changes in water flow.
