It is possible to increase security by deploying a second internal filter. The water is filtered from the outside to the inside. The filter cake is located and can be easily removed manually on the outside of the filter element. The internal elements are provided with stainless steel wire mesh filter, available in different perforations. The effective-pass filter of the mesh is 32-47%, depending on the applied perforation.
Coating
In preparation for the coating, the filters are provided with a special layer of zinc phosphate. This treatment brings ensures a good adhesion of the coating and protects it against corrosion from the inside. Thereafter, the polyester coating is applied electrostatically, both internally and externally, to be subsequently hardened in the oven. The overall process consists of seven steps, and results in a perfect coating with a thickness of about 120 microns.
