Full quotation and logistics process at royalbrinkman.com. The article explains more in dept the different steps of the quotation proces.

Step 1. First contact/request
You can contact us by filling in one of our contact forms or by contacting your regular contact person at Royal Brinkman. The more information we get, the quicker we can send you a quotation. Transport costs will be discussed and finetuned later.

Please note: Royal Brinkman does not provide their services to any company outside of the horticulture.

Step 2. Confirmation of request
Within 24 hours, you will receive a repply from your account manager confirming your request.

Step 3. Quotation
When all information is available, you will receive a complete and detailed quotation as soon as possible. Including Incoterms, payment conditions and availability of the requested item(s).

Step 4. Confirmation
After you confirm the offer, you will receive confirmation of your order with the final delivery or shipment date.

Step 5. Continuous order update
If products are not on stock, we will keep you update on the status of your order.

Step 6. Packing and shipment information
As soon as the complete order is on stock, our distribution center will pack and prepare your order for shipment.

Step 7. Shipping
Your order will be shipped to your company, either arranged by Royal Brinkman or yourself. You will be informed on the status of the shipment constantly..

Step 8. Invoicing
Depending on previous made payment conditions, the invoice will be sent to you by e-mail after you have received the products.
