The Bio Chopper Compact stands for efficiency, speed, reliability and safety.

This crop shredder reduces the crop volume to about 20% of the original volume. Even the coconut substrate is easily reduced with this chopper. The clean out of crops therefore requires much less labor and transport movements.

The shredder works with transport mats, on which the crop is spread. The transport mat is rolled up, through which the crop is transported to the machine, fed and shredded. The shredded crop is dumped into a tipping container via an ejector pipe, which can be emptied using a forklift truck.

The Bio Chopper Compact has a user-friendly interface, is easy to maintain and has a capacity of approximately 2,500-5,000 m2/hour (depending on the circumstances). This machine is equipped with an automatic knife sharpening unit, hydraulic sliding shredding unit for maintenance and cleaning, a rotating ejection pipe and can optionally be equipped with metal detection, remote control and work lights. Its compact dimensions make this machine extremely suitable for cramped situations. The Bio Choppers from Weterings are equipped with far-reaching safety functions.
