The Super Chopper Compact is designed to shred heavy vegetable crops. While the Bio Chopper Compact provides sufficient power in most cases, the Super Chopper Compact offers 75% more power, making it ideal for greenhouses with heavy tomato or pepper crops and large areas. This increased power translates into greater speed, further reducing the time needed for clearing out crops. This crop shredder is also perfect for crop rotation of plants such as cucumbers, eggplants, strawberries, raspberries, and other plants, reducing the crop volume to approximately 20% of its original size.

How does the Super Chopper Compact work?

The machine operates with conveyor mats where the plants are placed. The mat is rolled up by the machine, transporting the crop to the shredder, where it is fed in and shredded. The shredded crop is discharged through a chute into a container, which can then be emptied with a forklift.

Ultimate ease of use

The Super Chopper Compact is easy to operate and maintain. It features an automatic knife sharpening unit, a hydraulically opened shredder unit for maintenance and cleaning, a rotatable discharge chute, and hydraulic loading and unloading of leaf pulling cloths. Optional features include metal detection, remote control, work lighting, and more.

Safe operation with the Super Chopper Compact

The WSS system fully shields the rolling of the conveyor mats, and the bearing-mounted cloth roller minimizes the required pulling force. The feed unit is surrounded by a safety cage with "touch detection," and the machine is equipped with a dual-channel safety circuit. The machine is designed with safety in mind, both during operation and maintenance.
