International Horti Experience focused on knowledge sharing

Already for the ninth time, foreign Royal Brinkman employees visited the headquarters in 's-Gravenzande this week to participate in the Horti Experience. The international knowledge event took place this year from Monday, October 9 to Friday, October 13, 2023. During the 5-day event, the focus was on knowledge exchange and the further implementation of Royal Brinkman's 2023-2025 strategy.

Horti Experience 2023

Colleagues from 13 countries participated in this knowledge event; from Mexico and Canada, Turkey, Poland, Hungary, Spain, France and the UK to even China and Australia, among others. Besides the export department in the Netherlands, the international Royal Brinkman team consists of over 160 employees.

The purpose of the Horti Experience is to learn about strategic developments within Royal Brinkman, formalize plans for 2024 and exchange knowledge among Royal Brinkman employees, as well as organize various sales and leadership trainings.

Full of inspiration and loaded with even more knowledge and skills, the international employees are ready and motivated to realize next year's plans from their own branches. With this, Royal Brinkman is fulfilling its local-for-local strategy in order to optimally serve local customers. Royal Brinkman looks back on another very successful Horti Experience.
