Giel van der Hoeven is coordinator service and maintenance for Royal Brinkman. He gives advice and is responsible for the coordination of service, maintenance and inspection in the technical disciplines:  water, electricity, climate and mechanization. About his job Giel says: "Solving technical problems and advising on maintenance and inspections is a challenge every day. The nice thing about horticultural engineering is that one customer it is always different from the other. That keeps the work interesting and varied."

Giel has worked for Royal Brinkman since 2015. He has extensive experience in coordinating and planning technical work in the horticultural sector having had similar roles at previous employers. Giel is patient and accurate. He works in a structured way and considers every detail to give the customer convenience and peace of mind.

Giel is always ready to help. Together with customers, colleagues, suppliers and mechanics, he makes sure that the grower gets the most value out of the crop. He is at the heart of the business and ensures that different tasks are carried out properly by different people, so that the grower has nothing to worry about.
