Bematic Meto SW
The Meto spraying robot, developed by Berg Hortimotive, is ideally suited for automatic crop spraying in horticulture, eliminating the need for you to drive among the crop yourself. Using the touchscreen control panel, you set the desired speed, distance and, if necessary, the required spraying spots. This way, you spray the crop evenly and save on labour, resources and costs at the same time!

Meto Spray Robot Functions
The Meto spraying robot can drive both forwards and backwards and has an even spray output. Moreover, you can specify to spray a certain part of the path. The spray robot is equipped with a double spray boom, making it easy to spray extra in places where needed. The Meto spraying robot has a standard hose reel for up to 130 metres of ½" hose, including a hose guide. This eliminates the tug and drag of the spray hose, reducing wear and tear.

Meto Spray Robot Usage
The Meto spray robot is used in many different crops in horticulture: from roses, cucumbers and gerberas to carnations and even potted plants. Each crop has its own needs. As a result, we tailor a Meto spraying robot specifically to your needs: centre-to-centre size, path length and height of the spray boom. A Meto spraying robot in combination with a Meto transport trolley saves labour by moving to the next path fully automatically.

Standard version Meto spraying robot
This version of the Meto spraying robot is equipped with 2 electric valves, an electric hose reel on 24V up to max.130 mtr, 1/2" hose + motor control and an automatic hose guide + pressure filter. Heart-to-heart size 55cm, tube 51mm with PU tread and Pom-c flanges. Max. speed 90 mtr/min.
